Staying On Track

Well we’re in the midst of a mercury retrograde, and it’s my understanding that today is the midpoint of the retrograde, which indicates that at this point in the cycle, we should understand clearly the personal lesson being taught.

For me, I believe it’s all to do with letting go of the old and embracing the change that I’ve declared I’m ready for. It’s funny how we still can cling to old habits for no other reason that they “feel” like they’re the right thing to do, but really deep down inside, we want to do the courageous thing…to jump out of the plane and trust in the parachute…to put into practice that faith we hold dear, and actively create in each moment the inspirations we receive.

I’m reminded of one of the last scenes in Matrix, when Neo rises after his resurrection, and as he realizes he is the Matrix, he goes inward, breathes deeply and as he expands his inner being, he expands his outer world. One with power and source. That is my mantra for the day.

Energy Work: Your body is a remarkable energy field that will positively respond to loving treatments. That is very timely and interesting because I spent about one hour today doing energetic cleansing working with Sylvia Brown’s amazing classic “Tools For Life”. There are two meditations about three quarters of the way through the first CD, which can be purchased on Amazon and downloaded, which always have a huge impact on my focus and groundedness.

New Partner:
A chance meeting is no mistake. It is divinely orchestrated as a catalyst to set the wheels in motion for the fruition of your prayers. I’ve recently taken on a new business partner, and am very excited about the new collaboration. It is clearly in line with the new direction I am moving toward.

Time to go: Endings are merely the start of a new beginning, and we are with you through each phase and cycle. Admit it’s time to leave. I’ve been working on taking the action steps necessary to move. I appreciate the constant reminders that the future before me holds so much that I’m looking forward to experiencing and is a natural progression for me now. This present place has served it’s purpose and it’s time to move on.

Accepting What Is..the aftermath

Well, I was up until 5am doing my taxes, after deciding that, obviously it would not get done, and I would not get another vehicle, until I accepted what is (which is that they needed to get done) and faced it head on. It ended up motivating me even more, and opened alot of energy around getting my move done, because it forced me to start the process of purging, while locating and organizing my receipts. Through understanding clearly my obligations, it’s actually served to empower me and relieve some tension by getting rid of that big nasty cloud of the unknown.

Another great help was listening to Sonia Choquette on Hay House Radio. I downloaded her webinar, dated 2/21/08, which is a very insightful lecture on getting grounded, and developing the different types of intuition. During the webinar, I got the guidance that I need to focus on creating three strong designs and brainstorm with my friends and family on the best way to reach the most people who love being inspired.

Okay…onto today’s cards:

-Shower Of Abundance: Your financial situation will heal as fast as you’ll allow

-Blessing In Disguise: What appears to be a problem is actually part of an answered prayer. Trust in heaven’s protection and infinite wisdom to answer your prayer in the best way.

Well I can tell you the Blessing In Disguise is clearly that via the Self Employment Tax, Uncle Sam will be gettin a bit more from my pot-o-gold than I was expecting. The blesssing, again, I am motivated to be more astute when it comes to financial planning, and also to look into flexible employment opportunties which will allow me to continue on my path and have an additional stream of income.
Time To Go: Still great time to move.
Shower Of Abundance: I am going to follow the “3 designs” inspiration pronto, and stay in a state of joyful anticipation.
Be Honest With Yourself: I’m taking from this, to focus only on my desires and not my fears. Not to dumb down my inspirations, but to move forward with the intention of manifesting them fully.

Letting things unfold and accepting what is

Today’s cards and this morning’s impressions are a bit colored by my listening last night while half asleep, to Oprah’s “A New Earth” webinar covering Chapter 7. Highly recommended if you haven’t explored it yet. I remember getting jolted awake and hearing…You cause pain and suffering by not simply accepting what is. When you accept what is, without judgment, you can then move forward to what you want to create, from a place of peace.

Today’s cards:
-Assertiveness: This situation can be healed gently and with love…We will stand right behind you as you speak your truth
-Fresh Air: Your body needs refreshment from oxygenated air….spend time outside today
-Daydream: You will more easily hear and receive our messages if you daydream regularly..relax and open your mind..as if you were watching a movie.
-Opportunity To Forgive: This situation brings you the opportunity to heal, grow and release negative patterns…see the other person’s goodness..we will help you release unforviging thoughts.
-Notice The Signs: Yes the signs you’ve been receiving are heaven-sent…to remind you that you’re loved and never alone.

I didn’t understand when I woke up the opportunity to forgive card. I’ve been allowing forgiveness, working specifically with Byron Katie’s book “Loving What Is”, and thought I’d worked through most of those issues. Well of course, a money related thought gets triggered which reminds me of a situation which I specifically used Byron’s techniques to lovingly accept, and within 30 minutes of that, I get a call requiring me to contact the people involved. I actively send them love and blessings, contact them, and all is well. That’s the way things unfold.

In keeping with the rest of the cards, I will take my dog on a walk in the park, spend time daydreaming and being lovingly assertive while accepting what is, and awaiting more delightful signs that I am indeed following my divine path.

Synchronicity-Dreams manifesting in real life!

Okay…earlier today I did a meditation by Wayne Dyer, #2 on his “Getting in the Gap” cd, and almost immediately afterwards felt a wide open connection with the universe. It’s really helped me to stay focused on actions needed to manifest my inspirations vs falling back into actions which only serve to further ground me in my current reality. I spent some time listening to Cheryl Richardson as well, on her archived radio show from November 7, 2007 where she focuses on getting unstuck while in the process of making massive changes in life.

I’m sharing this because I wonder if the above process, Wayne Dyer’s meditation opened up a channel and triggered a synchronicity which just materialized. These experiences always remind me of how magically guided every day can be if we allow ourselves the space to experience the present moment.

Last night I was reading Linda Goodman’s love signs, such a classic, to see the compatibility of someone who has just come into my life. For anonymity’s sake, we’ll call him “Larry”. I’m a big believer in checking what our natural inclinations with another sign may be, irregardless of the “type” of relationship. What I found was that my sign, Sagittarius, and his sign Taurus, would make excellent business partners and have the ability to compliment each other in a way that allows for huge money making success.

This morning I had a dream clearly depicting a man, not “Larry”, working with me in Real Estate. My feelings were mixed because I felt he was trying to force himself into my business, and as we were both agents I thought it might impact my earnings. Even so, his assertiveness filled a gap with my customer in style and business practice which I could clearly appreciate and I thought, I would love to work with this person.

This afternoon, I receive a message from “Larry” asking if I am planning on doing Real Estate after my move to the LA area. If so, he is involved in Real Estate in a different capacity, and would like to speak with me about finding a way for us to partner with each other.

These confirmations have been more and more frequent. My dreams being substantiated in real life. I think what makes it potent is the fact that the dream and the message came on the same day. Wonder if it’s been happening to others as well…

Time to go

Well this morning I pulled my usual cards for the day, thinking heavily about how I’m working on allowing a smooth and fruitful transition to the California area. My goal is to be moving within the next 4 weeks and everything seems to be falling into place to allow that to happen. So onto this morning’s cards..they were, in order

If we are open to listen, the signs and messages are so clear, and these cards are definitely “hot”. The angels are letting me know, very definitively, that the time is now to make this move, and that they are here to support me, if will ask, and I have asked;)! On the “notice the signs” tip, when I opened up my Angel Cards’s book some crumpled up dollar bills fell out. A very clear sign that they have signed up to support me financially during this transition.

My declaration: “Angels please assist me with making this transition a smooth and joyful one, and provide me with ample financial support both for the move, and moving forward after my arrival, ensuring the creation of prosperous businesses that allow me to share my gifts and inspirations!”

Angels and guidance all around!

I’ve been very focused lately on being open to hear messages and feel guidance along with actively consulting with my Daily Guidance from Your Angels oracle cards by Doreen Virtue. I have a couple of decks that I use, and this one is a personal favorite.

Well probably 3 out of the last 6 times I’ve pulled cards, the Wedding Card has come up. I normally pull three cards to get a nice well rounded view of what the messages are, and my other two cards today are Shower of Abundance and Entrepreneur. Another card that comes up consistently is the Life Purpose card, which I’ve pulled probably 7 out of 10 times recently (which is pretty amazing considering the deck has about 45 cards and I shuffle and gaze at the back of the cards to make my selections).

The traditional meaning of the Wedding card is exactly that “Marriage is the union of two souls joined in love, mutual respect, and commitment”. Well, I’ve no plans or desire to get married in the near or distant future, so I looked at some of the other meanings, “You will be getting a business or romantic proposal.” Seemed plausible..so I thought I’d go with that one.

Well on my way home, I felt lead to go to Barnes and Noble and browse their wedding section to see if there might be an Entrepreneurial inspiration there. Not really, so I decided to just walk around and see where I was led. Well low and behold I found myself in the arts section (I’ve been trying for a while to get some creative projects off the ground am finally in a place where I’ve got massive energy behind creating in the physical my designs), and as my eyes gazed downward, I found a book of art.

The magical part…the day before I received an inspiration for a new way to use a current concept and was trying to decide if it was a viable idea and at that moment I remembered the art which was in that very book, which made me feel like people would appreciate my concept as well. So seeing that book, which I hadn’t seen for years before combined with it popping in my head the day before, was another confirmation about the inspiration I received and was solidifying in my mind. Check! Message heard loud and clear!

So, later in the day, I pulled some tarot cards for additional clarification in this time of massive changes in my life and two of the cards, the high priestess and the nine of wands, referred to the balancing of Male and Female energies, and I remembered that was another meaning of the wedding card in Doreen Virtue’s deck. Too Cool!! Turns out that’s what it was referring to. I have been in a time of reflection, balance and have felt very empowered so I guess the angels were telling me I had achieved that goal.

Signs, signs, everywhere there are signs…

What I want to do here is to share the unfolding of my journey, as I’m sure that there are many others who are, as I am, creating the life of their dreams. So this afternoon I was sitting at my desk trying to decide what actions would bring the most success for today. I pulled some tarot cards, which occasionally I’ll do when I’m wanting another perspective, and got a clear message that I should be focusing on the creation of a new job or career which enables me to channel my creativity in a way that is highly intuitive and helps other people.

WHAMMY! That just happens to be the focus the business that I’m most passionate about, but that up to this point has been on the back burner. With that insight in mind, I decided to check on one phase of that project which is going through an administrative process somewhat out of my hands.

What I found is that it is scheduled to begin the final phase of approvals on January 22, 2008. Great News! Then, I glance down at my desktop and realize that it’s 1:22pm on 1-22-2008. Okay, that is a sign of all signs…and those signs I listen to.

So, I’ve pulled out my Angel Numbers book and the message attached to 122 reads…

“Your thoughts and your faith are very sacred tools that you brought to Earth for this incarnation. This number sequence is a sign for you to honor these tools and know how powerful they are.”

Okay, so in this moment I want to move full steam ahead with this project that inspires me. I now set the intention to use my thoughts and faith in the most powerful way, to build this company which enriches others as well as myself. I know it’s impact will be widespread and will far exceed even my wildest expectations, in a positive way. It will grow faster and bigger than I ever anticipated and it’s creation will be effortless as it is divinely inspired.

And so it is…

If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you keep getting what you always got.

Some background information on me. I’m an CODA, actress, a photographer, a painter, a Realtor®, an entrepreneur, and aspire to be many, many other things. I live life moment by moment, and try my best to be open to the world of inspirations and possibilities.

Right now in this moment, I’m working through deciding whether to move to New York or Los Angeles (I’ve resided in Dallas since 2001)…the difference between communing with dear friends who are inspired and filled with light, and reconnecting with my mom, who has been living a somewhat self imposed secluded existence and my brother, and his foster daughter, an incredibly animated 4 year old who lights my life from a distance and whom I strongly desire to connect with first hand.

Last week, New York was not even on my radar, but today, there’s no other choice but there. After realizing of course there’s a finite amount of time to spend with my mom, and taking into consideration the fact that up till this point, I’ve seen her once a year for the past 7 years, a move to Los Angeles, however delicious, means several more years until I move within a close proximity to her. She is a die hard New Yorker, and would never consider living anywhere else. Clearly I didn’t get my vagabond gene from her.

The truth is I know that I can have whatever I desire. And although right now it seems like I cant have both my family and my inspirational friends, as they will soon be on opposite coasts, I have confidence that this perceived obstacle will be easily overcome. I may not have all the answers, but I do know that a solution will present itself, if I am open to receive it. Right now, my first order of business though is to follow what has heart and meaning for me, and it lies with my mom. Any other choice would be remiss.

Now logically, New York would mean a new theatrical and commercial agent, applying for a New York real estate licence and more importantly starting a customer base from from scratch, and/or diving feet first into one of the many creative endeavors that have been gestating inside of me for a number of years, who’s birth has been long overdue. Funny thing is I’m not scared at all about making a living. I’m most concerned about making sure I’m safe and inspired wherever I am. Inspiration is the fuel for the fire.

Right now, I have no idea how it will all fall into place. My goal for today was just to squeeze out this blog, another formally gestating being, which I’m so proud to have given birth to. I look forward to the answers and additional questions tomorrow brings.
